BUILDING CONCEPT:
The two roof- floor- maisonette are situated in the small 4- family- construction,
where the two ground floor- units (basement, ground floor and the 1. floor)
have theirs garden- parts and the two roof- floor- units have theirs own staircase
with elevator (from basement to roof, over the ground floor), at the north side
of the building.
The roof- floor (leaving room with kitchen, sleeping or working room, shower bath,
two floors, roof- terrace and two balconies) is free of barrier.
The roof- gallery floor (sleeping room with bath and balcony, working or dressing-
gallery) can be reached from the leaving room over a comfortable winding stairs.
The room- height in the leaving room is 2,5- 5,0 m at the bother of the gallery
and go on to the height of 3,90 m over the gallery- floor at the middle wall.
The one- element supporting beams, inside rounded, spend in the both roof-
units a special feeling of safety. Many roof windows and glasses bring a lot of
light and sun, deep into the rooms. The leaving room has a wide, free view to south,
the sleeping room has a part of forest with old trees at the north side.
In the basement, near the staircase with elevator, are two wash- and storage rooms.
ENERGY CONCEPT:
The units have a very high developed technical equipment: the energy- producer
is a water- water- heat- pump. The heating result from the under floor heating,
using of passive sun- energy and according wishes of user, from the fire- place
in the leaving room. Every unit has its own controlled room- ventilating system.
For the summer time there is an installation of shadowing with outside- awning.
The energy- concept is supported with very qualitatively 3 x glass- windows- and 2 x glass- roof- glasses. The result of this equipment is a very low consumption of energy.
The electric- equipment has a few Internet- connections over a multimedia- joining.
