The above-mentioned building project is situated in the villa neighborhood in Munich- Obermenzing, north of the national zoological collection; it is surrounded by gardens with a mature tree population between Münchhausen and Pflegerstraße, beyond Nymphenburg Park and the Botanic Garden, approx. 10 minutes by foot to the commuter train in Obermenzing. It takes about 10 minutes by commuter train to reach the center of the city at Stachus.
Considering the property’s central city location, it is situated in a very quiet area, fully oriented towards the south with a large unobstructable view. There is a dense population of mature trees at the rear north part of the property, which is a welcome aspect for the indoor climate in summer.
